Your route from Tanzania in four steps

  1. Choose a vacancy that fits you: Use the filters for country, trade or profession, then read each advert right to the end, because every role lists its own experience, tickets and licence requirements. All employers on this site are willing to sponsor somebody who lives overseas.
  2. Submit your application: Attach scans of your NECTA, VETA or degree certificates to your CV and send everything by email or WhatsApp. Licences, registration and named referees all strengthen the file. Our team compares what you send with the employer’s requirements and passes on the strongest matches, so a weak fit is told so early instead of left waiting.
  3. Talk to the employer online: If you make the shortlist, expect a video call with the employer, whether you are in Dar es Salaam, Arusha or a small town far from either. Certain trades also involve a hands-on skills test. Keep your documents and work history to hand, because the employer will weigh all candidates before it makes an offer or declines.
  4. Lodge the visa and plan the journey: Sponsorship is handled by the employer on its side. What remains for you is submitting the visa application with your police clearance and supporting papers, finishing any skills assessment or registration that applies to your trade, and only after that buying your ticket and giving notice at work.
