Key Responsibilities
- Look after daily operations at the hotel
- Look after daily operations at the restaurant
- Comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
- Comply with all licensing requirements

Requirements & Eligibility
- A current NZ Duty Manager Certificate (LCQ + Manager's Certificate), or readiness to obtain it, alongside hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Communication, leadership and problem-solving skills of a high standard, with firm knowledge of host responsibility and alcohol compliance
- Positive, proactive and composed when under pressure
