At a bar and grill in Perth, part of an expanding hospitality group, the vacancy is for a Bar Manager or Duty Manager who has run busy pubs, taverns or bars for at least 3 years. The manager would handle daily operations with confidence, lead staff and deliver excellent customer service in a full-time, long-term role.
Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, and the employer may consider a suitably experienced and eligible person.

Key Responsibilities
- Run daily operations at the bar and venue
- Train and supervise bar and front-of-house teams
- Maintain customer service standards
- Control stock, ordering and inventory
- Manage cash, opening and closing
- Comply with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety rules; support rostering, performance and cost control
- Pitch in on functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years in a hospitality management or supervisory role
- Strong in leadership and communication
- Busy pub or tavern experience
- Current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or willing to get it
- Ready to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional
- Capable of working independently
