Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Use of jobsabroad.co.tz is allowed by Red Migration FZC on the conditions below. Together they make a binding agreement between you and us, written in everyday language so that you can follow it. A few minutes spent reading may save you a misunderstanding later.
1. Agreeing to these terms
The moment you start using JobsAbroad Tanzania you accept these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy that form part of them. Anyone who disagrees should stop using the site.
Throughout, "we", "us" and "our" mean Red Migration FZC of 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; "you" means whoever is using JobsAbroad Tanzania.
2. What the site offers
On JobsAbroad Tanzania we collect vacancies in Australia and New Zealand whose adverts say that visa sponsorship is on offer. They sit beside visa guides drawn from government publications, articles on working and living overseas, and occasional short videos. Readers in Tanzania are the audience we have in mind, yet the site is open to all. Every job page offers three options: apply by email, ask a question on WhatsApp, or follow the WhatsApp job channel. You never need an account.
3. About the vacancies
Each listing repeats the role, requirements, pay and conditions as the employer supplied them, and the employer can change or withdraw the vacancy at any time. We take jobs down once their closing date has passed, although some are filled before then. Adverts are checked carefully before they are published, but one may still be incomplete, out of date or taken already. Confirm anything that matters to you before relying on it.
4. Sending an application
Applying by email means writing the message yourself and sending it to jobs@jobsabroad.co.tz from your own mail app; our button merely opens the contact page first. Your device sends nothing until you press send. Have a question before you apply? Message us on WhatsApp.
Whatever you send, be it a CV, certificates, references or other papers, must be accurate, current and yours to share. A forged or altered document is a serious breach of these terms.
The application may be handed to the employer behind the job you chose, but to no other employer unless you consent. Our Privacy Policy describes the handling, and our Disclaimer deserves a read before you plan anything around a job or visa.
5. Permitted use
Reading, printing and sharing our pages is fine when it helps your own job search or that of family and friends, and linking to any page is welcome. People aged 18 and over may apply for any vacancy. You pay for your own device, connection and mobile data.
6. Prohibited use
- Supplying untrue details, or applying under somebody else's name.
- Scraping the site, bulk-copying listings or collecting them with bots.
- Selling or republishing our job listings, or access to them, without written permission from us.
- Attacking the site, probing it for weaknesses, trying to get into the admin page or evading our request limits.
- Uploading or distributing malware or other harmful code.
- Pretending to be Red Migration FZC, an employer or any other person.
- Using our email address or WhatsApp number for spam, threats or fraud.
- Using the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. If the terms are broken
If someone breaks these terms, we can block their IP address, put their application aside or simply stop replying, and serious cases may go to the authorities. Should your breach, or false information from you, cause us a claim or a loss, you agree to pay our reasonable costs.
8. Ownership of content
The name JobsAbroad Tanzania, the site's design, and our guides and articles are owned by Red Migration FZC or used by permission. The wording of a job advert can belong to the employer, and a video can belong to whoever made it. Get our written consent before republishing any of this material.
9. Third-party services and sites
WhatsApp (Meta) carries our chats and job channel, and YouTube (Google) plays our videos, so their terms govern your use of them. The additional sites we link to, Skills Assessment Australia, Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and English test practice, have terms of their own. We have no responsibility for the availability of these services or of government websites, nor for their content or conduct.
10. Keeping the site running
We do our best to keep JobsAbroad Tanzania correct and online, yet we supply it "as is" and "as available". It can go offline through maintenance, a provider's outage, network trouble or security work. We may alter, suspend or remove any part of the site, or any job, without notice. Since a job page vanishes when the role closes, record the title, link and closing date of any job you care about.
11. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law permits, we accept no liability for loss that follows from relying on a listing, guide or article, or on what an employer tells you. We also accept none for indirect loss such as lost income or missed chances, or for choices made by employers, immigration authorities or services outside our control. Rights you have by law that cannot be excluded remain intact.
12. Which law applies
The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms and any dispute about them or about JobsAbroad Tanzania, and the Dubai courts decide such disputes. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing here removes a legal protection that cannot be waived by agreement.
13. General provisions
A court that finds one part of these terms unenforceable cuts back only that part, as little as necessary, and the rest stays valid. If we are slow to enforce a term, we may still enforce it later. These terms and the policies named above are the full agreement covering your use of the site.
14. Changes to the terms
We may amend these terms occasionally and will change the date above when we do. Carrying on with the site after an amendment means you accept the new version.
15. Contact
