Trainer and Assessor

Visa sponsorship

Education · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

A civil and mining training provider in Perth seeks trainers and assessors holding a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment who enjoy sharing what they know. Training is practical, one-to-one and delivered on an active mine site; the target is operators who are safe, self-assured and ready for work.

There are two posts, 1x Civil Trainer & Assessor (Monday-Friday, 8-12 hour shifts, with alternating Saturdays) and 1x Dozer / Excavator Trainer covering Production mining D11 & 3600 (Monday-Friday, 8-12 hour shifts), a hybrid role between 2 mine sites. The training site lies 60 minutes north of Perth CBD and is non-FIFO, so you sleep in your own bed each night, and FIFO training on the Rigid Haul Truck is optional. The right candidate can be offered visa sponsorship, and applicants who want full-time, casual, part-time or job share hours are welcome.

Name your assessor qualification and plant tickets first on the CV; a VETA instructor certificate from Dar es Salaam could follow. Build AI CV helps with the layout.
