Cairns has 12 full-time vacancies for Childcare Workers at two childcare centres, caring for children aged 0-6 years. Enthusiasm and passion are expected. Applicants must be studying towards a Certificate III at present or hold it, or hold a Diploma in Early Childhood.
Qualified overseas workers can be taken on, since the company holds Business Sponsorship Approval from the Government and the occupation is on the approved list. Any visa support is subject to the relevant conditions and visa type, a successful ACECQA skills assessment, English test scores and a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, safe and happy environment
- Support the curriculum and its quality, and help with EYLF, NQF and NQS documentation
- Communicate with families and parents, and build respectful relationships with them and with the children
- Work as part of a team of early childhood educators, and establish rapport with parents
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Certificate III (studying or held), or a Diploma in Early Childhood
- A love of working with children aged 0-6 years, and a passion for it
- Communicates very well, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy for electronic programming and portfolios, and a current Queensland Blue Card
- Understands what the National Regulations and National Quality Standards require
- First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis and Asthma training, if successful
- A strong work ethic, enthusiasm and an innovative, open mind
