In Bendigo, an early learning provider with a 76 place centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead its team and push the service towards excellence. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
The manager oversees daily operations, fosters a positive and collaborative culture, leads and mentors the team, ensures compliance with the National Quality Framework and builds strong relationships with families and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support the educators, and make sure the centre meets NQF, National Law & Regulations and policy duties
- Raise the service continually against the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Build trust with families and the wider community
- Look after occupancy, enrolments and sustainability
- Run a safe, inclusive, child-focused environment
- Apply the Child Safe Standards and make child safety central
- Lead overall centre performance, including team outcomes and regulatory compliance
Requirements & Eligibility
- Leadership role held in early childhood education, and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
- Able to lead teams with warmth, clarity and professionalism
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and passion for high-quality care and education
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, and relevant clearances
- Current Child Safety and Child Protection Training
