The kitchen at a Coffs Harbour seafront venue is hiring. The venue is one of several fine and casual dining places run by an expanding hospitality group in Queensland and New South Wales, and it wants an experienced Sous Chef and qualified chefs. Its versatile space serves a bistro restaurant and frequently holds weddings, conferences, functions and live music events.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in similar roles. A sponsorship opportunity is available if required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Two or more years in similar roles: 2+ years' experience
- High emotional intelligence and strong people management skills
- A proven record in managing a fast-paced, multifaceted kitchen, with attention to detail and quality control
- Understanding of costing and profits
- Strong organisational and planning skills
