Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial control and day-to-day fund operations.
- Oversee and review outsourced work in fund administration, property accounting and tax advice.
- Lead financial reporting such as NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements, and assist with compliance.
- Liaise with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners as needed, external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Qualified as CA/CPA.
- Relevant client experience in the funds or property sector as a FM or Senior FM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to show initiative.
- Proactive and positive in your approach to work.
