The pizzeria of an established hospitality business with Italian restaurants in Melbourne needs an experienced Pizza Chef. It is a full-time job with an immediate start, built around a long-term opportunity and the chance to progress into a senior or management position.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the pizza station when the restaurant is full.
- Prepare Italian-style pizzas.
- Hand-stretch dough and bake pizzas in a wood-fired oven.
- Prepare dough and look after fermentation.
- Maintain consistent quality, cooking and presentation.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working as a Pizza Chef.
- Strong background in Italian-style pizza, including hand-stretching dough with confidence.
- Wood-fired oven experience.
- Sound understanding of how dough is prepared and fermented.
- Can run the pizza section with confidence during busy service, keeping quality, cooking and presentation consistent.
- Reliable and organised, with a love of Italian food and the ability to cope in a busy restaurant.
