Key Responsibilities
- Make dishes to the menu and to the kitchen's quality standards
- Keep the workspace clean and orderly in line with food safety and hygiene rules
- Keep service smooth by working closely with teammates, even when the pace is high
- Help with stock control and cut down on waste
Requirements & Eligibility
- Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong passion for Italian cuisine, with a taste for fresh, quality ingredients
- Attention to detail kept up in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication, with flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Italian-style pizza skills (stretching, topping, oven work) are preferred but not essential, with full training provided for the right candidate
