Soon to open in Sydney's eastern beaches, a 90-seat bar with steak and seafood at its core is recruiting a Head Chef who is both experienced and creative. Guests will see the cooking happen, since the kitchen is open and the room is relaxed, beachside and lively.
The opening menu, grilled steaks, seafood and house-made sauces, is still being worked out, which gives the Head Chef real creative input; and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
