Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $100,000 - $110,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
A hospitality group runs two hotels in regional Western Australia, south of Perth, and both are open all year. It needs a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to be in charge of one kitchen day to day. Menus mix modern Australian pub food, done to a higher standard, with Italian-style cooking and fresh local produce.
Your exact title depends on your experience, skills and career goals. At first the management team trains and supports you. Then you take on more of the kitchen and help shape menus and improvements. The job is full-time and salaried, with 38 ordinary hours a week and reasonable extra hours where applicable.
Applicants already residing in Australia who hold valid working rights are welcome. Employer sponsorship may be considered later for suitable candidates, subject to eligibility, business requirements and immigration regulations. More than 10 staff are on the group's visa arrangements today.
