A riverside café in Perth that stays busy through breakfast and lunch needs a Head Chef. The hours are daytime, there are no evening shifts, and the job calls for weekend availability. The café is looking for an experienced Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide the kitchen team through service
- Control food costs, recipe costing, menu margins, wastage and portion sizes
- Run stock, ordering, rotation and prep
- Keep food safe and the kitchen clean, and oversee the kitchen's daily operation
Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience as a chef and the confidence to take charge and lead a team
- Ability to maintain standards in a busy kitchen; weekend availability (essential)
