Head Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Gold Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

On the Gold Coast, two venues stand side by side and share one kitchen leader: the Head Chef. The first is a busy tap and grill house in the American style, award-winning, known for BBQ smoked low and slow and for premium grilled steaks and burgers. The second is a cocktail lounge with a 1920s feel and a premium tapas menu made for sharing, with private functions too. The Head Chef reports to the Executive Chef.

People who need visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. The group says it will support the right candidate through the process, where applicable.
