A restored seaside hospitality precinct has places to eat, drink and gather: several restaurants, bars, a beer garden and function and event spaces. It is looking for experienced cooks who really care about food and about what guests experience. Cooks work a fast-paced kitchen, take direction from senior chefs and work a rotating roster.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for approved applicants, and cooks also help with budgets and menu development in their area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook to high standards and follow the senior chefs' direction, helping to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 12 months of relevant experience on top of a trade qualification; if you have no trade qualification, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Some budget and menu development experience in the area you know best
- Follows direction and keeps standards high
- Enthusiasm for the pace of hospitality and a real passion for food
- A readiness to learn, grow and develop professionally
- Teamwork, communication, a guest-first mindset and pride in your craft, plus flexibility for a rotating roster with weekends and public holidays
