Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Fish from the market, wagyu, crudo, fritto misto and handmade pasta feature on the menu at this inner Sydney venue, which serves shared plates made with premium Australian produce. An upmarket Italian-Mediterranean restaurant, an open-air terrace cocktail bar and a late-night club lounge sit under one roof, and the venue is seeking a dedicated, experienced Chef for a permanent full-time role.

Events and late-night bar dining add to the volume, so the Chef works dinner, weekend brunch, private functions and late trading. Citizens, permanent residents and eligible visa holders may apply, and sponsoring opportunities (TSS 482) may be considered for qualified candidates who satisfy all Home Affairs requirements. The closing date is 8 November 2026.

From Dar es Salaam or Arusha, prepare a chef's CV on Build AI CV with your qualification, the volumes you have cooked for and the late-night or weekend shifts you can work.
