Chefs de Partie are wanted for a coastal hospitality precinct in Melbourne that combines several restaurants and bars with a beer garden and spaces for functions and events. Applicants should be driven, positive cooks who see great food as the route to a memorable meal for every guest.
Support for growth is built in, with training, development and a path upward across the precinct's different venues. Approved applicants will find sponsorship opportunities available too, and menu and budget contributions in your own specialty are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Look after one section of the kitchen to a high standard, with senior chefs guiding the day
- Plate food that makes guests feel looked after, in a quick-moving venue

- Cover shifts on a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays included
Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualified with at least 12 months of relevant experience; if not trade qualified, at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Has worked with budgets and menu development in their own specialty
- Takes direction, holds standards high, and wants to keep learning and growing
- Loves food, and enjoys the buzz of a fast-paced hospitality venue
- Works well in a team and communicates clearly, with a guest-first mindset and pride in the craft; happy to work a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
