Grill dishes, wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, share plates, seafood and pub classics make up the varied menu at a busy Brisbane hotel venue that is looking for chefs at all levels. Casual, part-time and full-time employment is available.
The ideal chef is organised, on time and reliable and can work autonomously under guidance and direction from the senior head chefs. The role gives experience across a diverse menu in a fast-paced kitchen. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.
