Melbourne's inner west has a bakery and hospitality business with a loyal local crowd, and it needs an experienced, reliable Baker to run the night bake by themselves. If you like quiet night shifts and take pride in a full, lovely bake on the shelves at sunrise, read on.
The shifts are roughly 10 pm to 5 am, six days a week, with Wednesdays off. Exact hours are to be agreed, and you will need to be flexible. You work alone and own the bake: bread, pastries and donuts. The start is immediate, there are 4 weeks of annual leave, and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate (if applicable).

- Available to work over the Christmas period
