A coastal town in the South West of Western Australia is growing fast, and its well-known bakery needs a Baker to work with the Bread Team Leader and Production Manager. The role suits people who want to deepen their baking skills and grow a career.
Hours are 2am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday, 4 days a week: a 38 hour week, with overtime added if necessary and no weekend work. The right person can be offered sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix white doughs, shape sourdough and roll puff pastry
- Bake sourdough in a three level bread oven
- Control stock, using an understanding of fermentation in sourdough and croissant dough
Requirements & Eligibility
- A passion for quality cabinet products, which you can show
- Preparation, service and kitchen management experience, including working in a team
- Volume bakery experience
- Formal commercial cooking trade qualifications (or equivalent)
- Communication skills at an excellent level
- Experience with HACCP is desirable; food hygiene is a strong focus
- Experience of operating a commercial bread oven; positive, energetic and adaptable; able to work very early
