Perth's premium spray resurfacing market has a vacancy for a skilled, experienced Resurfacing Specialist (Spray Painter) for full-time work. The business refinishes kitchens, bathrooms and interior joinery for homeowners and commercial clients, working with advanced methods and high-performance finishes.
Work is in homes and commercial sites across Western Australia, and the right candidate may be supported with sponsorship via the 482 visa. The role is full-time, and each job is expected to be finished to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces with the right techniques
- Apply spray coatings of high quality to cabinetry, bench-tops, vanities, tiles and fixed joinery
- Make sure every resurfaced area has a consistent, professional finish
- Follow safety protocols and keep an organised, clean work environment
- Handle client concerns and questions, and help the team find process improvements
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2-5 years' experience as a spray painter or resurfacing specialist
- A proven ability to prepare and paint a variety of surfaces to a high standard
- Careful attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Communication skills and teamwork, plus a valid driver's licence and reliable transport to work sites
- Certification in relevant trade skills or equivalent training is highly regarded
