Service Manager is the vacancy at a Perth provider of disability support and nursing care that is growing, offered on a permanent full-time basis. The provider wants an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse to oversee support workers, coordinate and manage care services for clients living with disability and make sure services meet NDIS regulations and government standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage care for clients with disability, setting up person-centred support plans and keeping them up to date with clients, families and health professionals
- Supervise, mentor and lead support workers, and keep services within NDIS regulations and government standards
- Manage how services are delivered, including client funds, and keep thorough documentation and assessments
- Develop strong relationships with clients, families and key stakeholders
- See that the team has the resources and training for complex client needs
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse registered with AHPRA, with proven disability and/or aged care experience, ideally within the NDIS framework
- Strong leadership, people management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to clinical care and compliance, understands the NDIS and has experience with complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check and a First Aid Certificate less than 3 years old
- Valid driver's licence
