Private hospitals and aged care organisations in different parts of regional Australia are recruiting through an agency for 100 Registered Nurse positions. The roles are permanent and full-time, and involve managing residents' daily care needs and supporting the wider team.
Sponsorship is something the employers are open to (visa type 482, conditions apply). Nurses need a minimum of 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia or a minimum of 2 years overseas, and experience in Australia is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage everyday care for residents while supporting the team
- Carry out full and accurate nursing assessments, and hold overall responsibility for nursing care, interventions and treatments
- Practise in ways that uphold residents' dignity and integrity and encourage independence
- Oversee medications
- Plan, put into action and evaluate care with doctors, allied health professionals and family members, and keep families informed
- Supervise and coordinate care workers, enrolled nurses and other healthcare professionals
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree, or something equivalent
- Registered Nurse qualification, registered with AHPRA
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in Australia, or minimum 2 years overseas
- Experience in Australia is preferred
- Leadership skills, including delegating and prioritising workload
- Communication and clinical problem-solving skills, both excellent
- Experience providing clinical patient-centred care, within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards, the aged care legislative framework and safe medication administration
