Key Responsibilities
- Offer safe and effective care that puts the resident first, including assessments, care plans and clinical records
- Give medicines and monitor the health of residents
- Collaborate with teams from several disciplines, with residents and with families
- Mentor care team members and help drive continuous improvement and quality care
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration
- At least 2 years working as a Registered Nurse; experience only gained overseas must be recent (within the last 5 years), and Australian experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making, excellent communication and teamwork, and a commitment to person-centred, high-quality care
- Willingness to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, residential aged care experience and experience leading clinical teams are highly regarded
