Nursing in people's homes and across hospitals and aged care facilities is the pattern of work in this Perth job. The employer is a healthcare business owned in Western Australia that provides in-home care, DVA services (Department of Veterans' Affairs) and community nursing, and it is seeking skilled, qualified Registered Nurses who want a permanent full-time role in a varied setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and review nursing care to accepted standards of practice, starting from first assessment
- Talk with other health professionals and keep each patient's care coordinated across teams
- Provide and monitor the treatments, medications and therapies that care plans set out
- Lead health promotion sessions and take part in patient education
- Supervise Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers, and keep accurate records
- Meet current clinical standards in home care, aged care, hospitals and community nursing, and follow Work Health and Safety legislation, infection control standards and prompt reporting of incidents and hazards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration, with the relevant nursing qualification for a Registered Nurse
- Experience in community nursing and home care, and minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- Current National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Valid driver's licence
- Current COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
- An Infection Control certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
