Across regional Western Australia, a residential aged care provider wants Registered Nurses for a supportive care team. Day to day, the nurse judges what residents need clinically, arranges care with healthcare professionals, puts person-centred care plans into practice and reviews them, and coaches care staff so clinical quality stays high.
Compassionate, motivated nurses with a real passion for aged care are the target. Visa sponsorship may be available to eligible Registered Nurses who are already living in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and respond to changes
- Write, carry out and review care plans with residents and families
- Give medications and treatments
- Mentor and coach care staff
- Coordinate with GPs, allied health professionals and external providers
- Keep clinical records accurate and timely, supporting AN-ACC assessments
- Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, policies and best practice, and join infection prevention, risk management and quality work
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, plus 2+ years' RN experience in aged care or equivalent
- Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
- Guides staff in wound and diabetes management
- Sound understanding of medication systems
- Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving
