Registered Nurses who like aged care may want to look at this part-time position in Orange, New South Wales. The aged care home has 28 beds and is part of a non-profit care organisation guided by its values. It is after an enthusiastic, motivated nurse, passionate about person-centred care, who will have the backing of an experienced leadership and corporate team.
Availability across several shifts and days is needed. If the right candidate applies, visa sponsorship will be considered; post-graduate applications are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to senior residents, with a person-centred approach

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full AHPRA registration, without restrictions, as a Registered Nurse
- Awareness of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are fine
- Dementia: an affinity for it and either experience or willingness to gain it
- Communication and clinical problem-solving skills of an excellent standard
- A highly motivated team player of excellent standard
- Able to work shifts on various days
- Meets the employer's immunisation policy (required COVID-19 doses and annual influenza) and completes a pre-employment medical assessment
