Near Grafton, a 20-bed aged care home wants a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse for part-time work. The home is part of a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation serving New South Wales communities with aged care, home care and retirement villages.
The nurse would deliver exceptional, person-centred clinical services to senior residents, backed by a strong, engaged and experienced leadership and corporate support team, and visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care centred on the person, for residents in an aged care home
- Support residents living with dementia
- Solve clinical problems to support resident care
- Work shifts on various days as one of the team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Some affinity with dementia care, including experience or the willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving
- Strong team spirit and motivation
- Flexible availability for shifts on various days
- Immunisation in line with the organisation's policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza; a National Criminal History Check; and a pre-employment medical assessment
