Four states are home to the residential aged care homes of a growing provider, and its Gosford home on the Central Coast is recruiting Registered Nurses who are experienced and compassionate. Permanent and casual jobs are on offer. Nurses with hospital, community or aged care backgrounds are welcome and are supported by a welcoming team, a structured induction and a buddy for the first shifts.
Day to day, the nurse leads person-centred care, makes clinical decisions, manages medications safely and builds meaningful relationships with residents and families, working within a multidisciplinary team. Sponsorship opportunities are available for suitable applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Nursing; AHPRA registration that is current and unrestricted
- Compassionate, resident-focused care with a passion for supporting older people
- Commitment to safe, high-quality care in varied clinical settings
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or a willingness to obtain one
- Able to meet the job's physical demands and complete an online medical assessment
