A national provider of community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding in Melbourne's south-east and is seeking Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Staff to give personal care and clinical care in clients' homes on casual shifts.
Visa sponsorship is on offer for qualified people. The work is personal and practical, with each visit centred on the client. Tidy notes and punctual visits make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
- Give personal care and clinical care of high quality in clients' homes, keeping digital documentation and individual plans accurate
- Communicate confidently with clients, healthcare teams and families
- Champion dignity, safety and wellbeing in each interaction
Requirements & Eligibility
- A dependable vehicle and a current driver's licence, along with current first aid and CPR
- AHPRA registration (for the nurse roles)
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, and confidence using digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care preferred but not essential
