Key Responsibilities
- Carry out clinical assessments and write individual care plans, handling wound care and medications and completing clinical documentation
- Observe residents' health and react to changes in what they need, supporting their physical, emotional and social wellbeing
- Team up with multidisciplinary colleagues for safe, quality care
- Stand up for residents and aim for good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant nursing qualifications, and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Community aged care experience from previous roles
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
