Key Responsibilities
- Give clinical care to a high standard following each care plan, and keep clinical records accurate
- Watch the health of residents, respond when their condition changes and give medications
- Guide and back up care staff, and keep in touch with residents, families and the wider healthcare team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- AHPRA registration that is current, as a Registered Nurse
