Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents holistically and develop appropriate care plans
- Evaluate care, make clinical decisions and mentor care staff
- Improve residents' quality of life
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse currently holding AHPRA registration
- Good time management, so objectives and timelines are met
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to cope in emergencies and to solve problems effectively
- Works well in a team and independently
- Flexible about rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts
- Genuine care and compassion towards older people
- The right to work in Australia
- Vaccinated in full against COVID-19 (including booster, if eligible) and influenza
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check and a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
