Casual work in aged care, close to Albury, is on offer for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse. The home is in a country town north of the city and belongs to a not-for-profit, values-driven organisation that provides residential aged care, home care services and retirement villages across New South Wales.
A passion for person-centred care and the ability to give older residents exceptional clinical services are what the organisation wants, with a strong, engaged and experienced leadership and corporate support team behind the nurse. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care centred on the person, for residents in an aged care home
- Support residents living with dementia
- Solve clinical problems to support resident care
- Work shifts on various days as one of the team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Post-graduate applications are welcome
- Some affinity with dementia care, including experience or the willingness to gain it
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving
- Strong team spirit and motivation
- Flexible availability for shifts on various days
- Immunisation in line with the organisation's policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza; a National Criminal History Check; and a pre-employment medical assessment
