Perth is roughly two hours from a rural production site that needs a Production / Site Manager, a hands-on leader with manufacturing or mechanical roots. The company is a national manufacturer at the head of its industry, and the manager answers to senior colleagues on the East Coast while holding real day-to-day autonomy.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Mechanical or fitting experience; qualifications are preferred
- Leadership in production environments previously
- Understanding of machine maintenance and preventative schedules
- Skill at identifying production bottlenecks and planning production
- Works with skilled and unskilled workers
- Inventory control, and an understanding of logistics
- Strong organisation
- Safety-first mentality
- Communicates with and motivates the team
- Comfortable using software for administrative and system functions
- Happy to live in a rural location at least Monday to Friday
