Mandurah in Western Australia is where a national home care provider with community nursing, disability and aged care services is expanding, and it wants Home Care Employees (HCEs). Individuals, families and communities receive its care 24/7.
A variety of shifts, including active nights, makes up the job, which is in-home care that helps clients maintain independence, dignity and quality of life. It is preferred but not essential to have nursing or home care experience. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical and personal care at home.
- Keep accurate records and care plans.
- Communicate with clients, families and healthcare teams, while promoting safety, dignity and well-being.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
- Have a reliable vehicle.
- Hold a current National Criminal History Check.
- Hold Nursing Registration if applicable.
- Hold First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Communicate well and get on with people.
- Be computer literate: confident with digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Nursing or home care experience: preferred but not essential.
