Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients clinically across their social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Plan care that is clinically appropriate, including wound management and documentation
- Administer and chart medication, and look after personal care needs
- Advocate for clients and deliver a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- A relevant degree
- Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, plus a current Australian driver's licence
- A current National Criminal History Check
