Clinical Pharmacists are needed in Northern Territory hospitals. Roles are permanent and short-term, and they are listed in Darwin. The work covers many kinds of patients, so clinical exposure is broad, and you work closely with medical, nursing and allied health teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Do clinical pharmacy work on the ward, including reviewing medicines and reconciling them
- Talk patients through their medicines
- Keep medicine management safe and effective, and help with quality improvement and medication safety alongside the medical, nursing and allied health teams
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy work history, with current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain it
- An Australian or New Zealand internship that is completed, in progress or nearly complete; overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to high-quality patient care
