One of Australia's largest private healthcare providers is seeking experienced, motivated Registered Nurses for the cardiac cath lab at a newly opened private hospital in Perth. The nurses become the founding clinical team, offering safe, effective, patient-centred critical care in a hospital where best-practice models of care are being set up.
The jobs are permanent part-time (up to 70 hours a fortnight) or casual, with 12-hour shifts. Employer sponsorship visas are offered to eligible nurses. Joining at the start means your ideas count in how the unit is run. Nurses who like specialist care and careful teamwork are likely to enjoy it.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, patient-centred care in the cardiac cath lab, and help establish best-practice models of care in a founding team

Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, and clinical experience, preferably in a cardiac cath lab
- Conflict-resolution, negotiation, problem-solving and communication capabilities that are well developed
- A strong grasp of relevant legislation, professional standards and codes of practice
- A commitment to continuous professional development
