A dementia and aged care provider in Blenheim, known for innovative approaches, is hiring a Caregiver on a permanent, full-time basis, working at least 30 hours per week. The rates are $23.95 for Level 1, $24.06 for Level 2, $26.16 for Level 3, and $28.25 for Level 4 and above.
This is an Immigration New Zealand Accredited Employer. To be considered for visa sponsorship support, applicants need a Registered Nursing degree, or a caregiving-related qualification at Level 4 or above with an International Qualification Assessment (IQA).

Key Responsibilities
- Give residents culturally safe, effective personal care: showering, dressing, eating, mobility and communication, delivered holistically
- Help plan care and follow the therapy plans that support people with dementia
- Observe how residents are progressing and report any change or concern straight away
- Keep resident records accurate and up to date, and assist registered nurses in their scope of practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- Genuine commitment to the wellbeing of elderly people
- Availability for any shift on a 24/7 roster
- Passion for working in aged care
- Some caregiving experience is preferred
- Dementia experience gives you a strong advantage
- To qualify for visa support: hold a Registered Nursing degree
- Alternatively, for visa support, a caregiving qualification at Level 4 or above plus an International Qualification Assessment (IQA)
