Healthcare · Whanganui, New Zealand · Full-Time · $24.68 - $30.13/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Whanganui is the location for Support Workers who work with people facing complex behavioural and medical needs. The aim is to help individuals through overwhelming emotions and health-related challenges, promote safety and positive behaviour, and strengthen independence and everyday living skills.
Experience in the health and disability sector is not a requirement, but a strong desire for a Support Worker career and a positive attitude are highly valued. The employer is an accredited Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) employer, so sponsorship can be part of the conversation.
Applicants who answer the requirements directly give themselves the clearest chance of being understood.
If your caring experience comes from family, community or volunteer work, describe it factually on the CV, with the skills it taught you and your driving licence status. Build AI CV can help you set out a caring CV.
