Three barbershops in Sydney's eastern suburbs, no more than about 15 minutes apart, belong to one fast-growing business. Each has an open chair, and more shops are coming. They are open seven days a week, so barbers can shape their rosters around life, from a few days up to seven.
Every shop has its own personality, and the team is drawn from around the world. A paid half-day trial leads to a decision on the same day. The roles can be full-time or part-time, working holiday visa holders are welcome, and one barber per shop may receive visa sponsorship.
