A Western Australian painting company with more than 25 years in residential and commercial painting is hiring a Team Leader for its Painting Division. Painting and decorating experience in commercial construction is the ideal background, and the post is full-time and permanent in the Perth metro area, open to skilled professionals with a proven record of extremely high standards.
The company's strengths are detail, punctual project delivery, specialty finishes and wallcoverings, and outstanding customer relations. The Team Leader answers directly to the Painting Manager and works with the team on numerous sites. TSS482 visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Report straight to the Painting Manager.
- Keep your team motivated across numerous sites, working alongside them.
- Run projects and manage the team; solve problems, or work through them with the Painting Manager.
- Work safely and comply with OSH policies, company procedures and induction manuals.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You are a Trade Certified Painter and must have completed an apprenticeship.
- You have worked as a leading hand or in a 2IC role.
- You can manage projects and team members.
- You communicate and organise well.
- You solve problems, or work with the Painting Manager to get a positive outcome.
- You have a keen eye for detail and watch quality.
- You can read and understand project drawings (floor plans/elevations).
- You hold a manual driver's license and a White card.
- No subcontractors or ABN holders.
- Desirable: EWP and/or Working at Heights ticket.
- Desirable: First Aid.
- Desirable: experience with airless spraying.
- You hold a current National Criminal History Check.
