Key Responsibilities
- Hang suspended T-bar and grid ceilings, plasterboard ceilings and acoustic ceiling systems, with framing, furring channels and suspension systems
- Erect steel stud walls and partitions, bulkheads and specialist interior features
- Fit gypsum board and plasterboard, fire-rated and acoustic systems included
- Work from plans: read them, measure, set out and work on your own
Requirements & Eligibility
- A solid commercial track record in ceilings, partitions, plasterboard and interior systems
- Plan-reading ability, plus measuring, setting out and independent working
- Hospital, school, apartment, office, high-rise or other large commercial projects in New Zealand are of particular interest
- Strong spoken English, a good employment history and a clear account at interview of the work you personally completed
