Albury's growing vehicle repair business is adding Automotive Panel Beaters and Assemblers to its team, in a workshop that is modern, spotless and roomy, with Car-O-Liner benches, a spot welder, a glue pulling system, dustless extraction stations and mini scissor lifts.
The working day is 8am - 4:30pm as standard, and new team members join for the long term. Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate (subclass 482).

Key Responsibilities
- Return damaged panels to pre-accident condition (panel beaters)
- Rebuild vehicles after repair so every component is correctly fitted and working (assemblers)
- Collaborate with colleagues on repair timelines and customer expectations
- Comply with industry regulations
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Keep tools and equipment working well
- Talk to the team and supervisors to resolve challenges and deliver strong results
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in your trade within car repair
- Eye for detail and commitment to high quality workmanship
- Able to work fast-paced and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Familiarity with industry standard tools, equipment and techniques
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are a must
