A Geraldton-based, quality assured industrial solutions provider with diversified services and more than 30 years' experience needs experienced Advanced Scaffolders for upcoming projects in Geraldton and regional Western Australia. The projects are residential, commercial and mine site, the employment is casual from day one, and permanent work is possible for people willing to move to Geraldton.
The company serves the mining, infrastructure and construction sectors, is fully integrated and multidisciplinary, and calls itself a family friendly, equal opportunity employer. The scaffolder is responsible for safe erection, alteration, inspection and dismantling to Australian Standards, with high safety and quality standards, and permanent sponsorship opportunities are available on a 494 or 482 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding.
- Inspect scaffolds, completing the inspection checklists.
- Assist with planning, preparation and job documentation.
- Support a positive team culture and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You have at least 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder.
- Your hands-on experience is proven, not only a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket.
- You hold a current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence and a Construction White Card.
- You understand the Australian Standards for scaffolding well.
- You work independently or in a team and communicate excellently.
- You can pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- You hold a current Drivers Licence.
- You hold current Working at Heights (essential).
- You live in Geraldton, or are willing to move or travel to Geraldton for work.
- You hold a current National Criminal History Check (essential).
